We collect information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, and password. We also automatically collect usage data such as session duration, credit consumption, IP address, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our AI video transformation services, process payments, send transactional emails (verification, receipts), and prevent fraud or abuse of our platform.

3. Video & Media Data

Camera feeds processed through our AI transformation engine are streamed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Reference images you upload are temporarily processed and discarded after your session ends.

4. Payment Information

We do not store credit card or cryptocurrency wallet credentials. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments, and bank transfers are processed manually via secure messaging channels. Transaction records are retained for accounting purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session (JWT tokens) and remember your preferences (selected camera, theme). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers (Decart AI for video processing, NOWPayments for crypto) under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from the Settings page, which removes your data within 30 days.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with industry-standard salt rounds. All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS. We perform regular security audits.

9. Children's Privacy

SCDai Studio is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover an underage account, it will be immediately deleted.
